Transport Cosplay to an Event Without Damage

Pack armor, fabric layers, props, and repair supplies in a way that protects the costume and makes setup less stressful.

Transport planning starts with making the costume easy to separate. Put removable armor, belts, props, and delicate accessories into labeled groups so you can find what you need without unpacking everything.

Protect painted surfaces with soft cloth, foam, or spacing rather than letting finished parts rub against each other in a bin. Keep the heaviest items low and avoid stacking fragile shapes.

Pack the repair kit where you can reach it first. A calm setup order makes the event day easier and gives you time to solve a loose strap or bent edge before photos begin.
