Pack Cosplay Armor for Transport
Transport planning protects the finish and makes the first hour at an event much less stressful.
Photograph the assembled costume, then pack from the largest rigid pieces down to the small accessories. Wrap painted edges separately, use soft dividers, and avoid stacking weight on helmets or thin armor panels.
Label each bag by body area and keep fasteners, tools, and comfort supplies in a small repair pouch. Let damp fabric or foam dry before sealing the case for travel.
At the destination, assemble one section at a time and compare it with the reference photo before leaving the room.
