Create a Gaming Collection Condition Log
Track condition, accessories, and storage locations so you can care for important items without relying on memory.

A condition log gives you a clear record of the collection you already have. Start with simple fields: item name, platform or series, condition, major accessories, and where the item is stored. The goal is consistency, not a complicated catalog.
Use photos for pieces with notable wear, rare packaging, or small accessories that are easy to misplace. A quick image can be more useful than a long description when you reorganize a shelf or compare an item later.
Update the record when you move an item, complete a set, or notice a change in condition. A small ongoing log makes display planning, storage, and future decisions much easier.
