Test Scale Before Printing a Game Prop

Print a small section or use a paper mockup to catch fit and proportion problems before committing to a long full-size job.

A small scale test can save a full project. Choose a section that reveals the important question: a grip, face opening, wrist curve, panel edge, or the way a piece sits on a shelf.

Compare the test with one known object such as a hand, head form, desk, or display base. This makes it easier to judge whether the full prop will feel believable and practical in real space.

Write down the result before changing the model. A brief note about the percentage, fit, and material gives you a reliable starting point if you revisit the project later.
