Make a Display Plaque for a Game Build

Add a clear, modest label that gives a finished prop, model, or diorama context without distracting from the work.

A display plaque can help a finished project feel intentional, especially when a viewer may not recognize the game or object immediately. Keep the information short: the project name, game inspiration, and perhaps the material or completion date. The build should remain the focus.

Choose a size that can be read from normal viewing distance without taking over the base. Test paper lettering before cutting or printing a final plaque. Dark text on a light plaque, or light text on a dark plaque, usually gives the most reliable contrast.

Mount the label where it does not block the silhouette or make cleaning difficult. A clean plaque gives the viewer context while letting the craftsmanship speak for itself.
